Americus Found Fallen

Americus was found lying as he had fallen.  Eyes wide and staring he appeared comatose; yet was painfully conscious.  The detective said the wound was self inflicted.  The Great Physician was referenced when a passer-by remarked, "My God, there are brains everywhere!" Only time would tell.
